Every time you engage with NurseIO—like posting shifts—you earn points through our new NurseIO Loyalty Rewards Program. These points can be redeemed for DoorDash team lunches or automatically convert to invoice credits.
How to Earn Points
You earn points just by doing what you’re already doing:
Posting shifts through NurseIO
No extra steps needed—points add up automatically!
Redeem for Rewards
Once you hit enough points, you can use them for lunch or let them roll into credits:
DoorDash Team Lunches
Minimum 5 meals (750 points) required to redeem
Meals are calculated based on an average cost of $15 per person
Redeem directly in your dashboard when you're ready!
Invoice Credits (Auto-Apply)
If you don’t redeem your points, they’ll automatically convert to invoice credits
This happens 15 days after the end of each month
You’ll see credits applied to your NurseIO invoices—no action needed
How to Redeem
Head to your Rewards section in the platform
Hover over the DoorDash icon
Click “Redeem”
You’ll receive a voucher via email if eligible!
Good to Know
Your point balance will be shown in your Rewards tab
Redemption eligibility depends on your total earned points
Point values and reward offerings may change as we continue to improve the program
