When you sign up, you’ll now be prompted to select your Facility Type (e.g., Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Behavioral Health, etc.).
Why It Matters:
Choosing the correct facility type ensures:
You receive the most accurate pricing and rate structure for your state and facility type.
Your experience is tailored to your specific care environment.
How It Works:
Start the onboarding process as usual.
On the Facility Info screen, you’ll now see a “Facility Type” dropdown.
Select your facility type from the list.
Once selected, NurseIO will automatically display the rates that apply to your facility and location.
That’s it! Everything else works just like before.
