Save time and skip repetitive data entry. The new Quick Post feature lets you post shifts directly from the header—pre-filled with your most recent shift details.
This update streamlines shift creation so you can get coverage faster and focus on what matters most.
Where to Find It
You’ll see a “Post Shift” button in the top header of your Facility web app.
Just click it to launch the Quick Post window—no need to navigate to the full shift creation flow.
What’s Pre-Filled
Quick Post automatically pulls in details from your last posted shift, including:
Shift start and end time
Certificate type
Bench type
Facility & Unit/Station
Any custom instructions
The default date is set for tomorrow, but you can change it if needed.
Add Multiple Dates or Shifts
Want to post more than one shift? You’ve got options:
Quantity: Select how many of the same shift you want to post (e.g. 3 CNA shifts at 8AM = 3 shifts posted).
Multiple Dates: Pick as many dates as needed—the system will create a separate shift for each one using your selected template.
Smart Time Suggestions
The time options (e.g. 8A, 8P, or Other) dynamically adjust based on your last shift:
If your last shift started at 7AM and ended at 7PM, Quick Post will suggest 7A, 7P, and Other
If your last shift was 7AM–4PM, you’ll see 7A, 4P, and Other
