QuickPost is a new feature that lets Facility users create and post shifts in as little as one click. Instead of filling out the entire shift form from scratch, QuickPost pulls in the details from the last shift you posted and sets it up for the next day. All you have to do is review, adjust if needed, and post.
Where to Find QuickPost
You’ll see a new “Post Shift” button in the header of your Facility Dashboard.
Tapping it opens the QuickPost window with most fields already filled in for you.
How QuickPost Works
1. Auto-Filled Shift Details
QuickPost automatically pre-populates details from the last shift you created, including:
Shift time (start & end)
Certification (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.)
Bench (Send Offer list)
Facility
Unit/Station
Instructions
All of this loads instantly, and the shift defaults to Tomorrow unless you pick a different date.
2. Choose Your Posting Date
You can select:
Today
Tomorrow
Other (pick specific dates)
You can also select multiple dates if you’re posting repeats of the same shift.
3. Add Quantity (How Many Shifts to Post)
If you enter:
1 → posts one shift
3 → posts three identical shifts for your selected date(s)
This makes bulk posting much faster.
4. Bench (Send Offer) Options
If you want to send offers straight from QuickPost:
Your Bench list will auto-fill with HCPs who match the cert & shift type.
You can select multiple HCPs at once.
You can adjust rate, pay, or block-booking options before sending.
This part is optional — you can post shifts with or without sending offers.
What You Can Edit Before Posting
Even though QuickPost auto-fills the form, you can still change:
Start or end time
Certification
Unit/Station
Instructions
Bench selections
Pay rate/bill rate (if applicable)
Selected dates
Quantity
QuickPost just gives you a faster starting point, so you're not typing everything manually.
