Accessing the 'HCPs' Tab:
Mobile App: Tap the 'HCPs' tab located at the app's bottom toolbar.
Web App: Click on the 'HCPs' link at the top of the NurseIO website menu.
Exploring the 'HCPs' Tab Features:
This tab provides facilities with an overview of available healthcare professionals.
Use filters and the search bar to navigate and find specific HCPs.
Each HCP tile contains vital information like the HCP's name, certificate/license type, last worked date, ratings, and special notes.
Interacting with HCP Tiles:
The action menu, symbolized by three dots, offers options like 'View' or 'Add DNR' (Do Not Return).
Tapping 'View' brings up more details about the HCP, including profile, documents, certificates, and shift history.
Facilities can take internal notes on HCPs, which remain confidential.
The option to create/offer a shift is available at the bottom of the HCP's profile page.
NOTE: marking an HCP as "DNR" indicates that you do not wish for that HCP to return to your facility.
HCP Profiles and Management:
Manage HCPs effectively using the features provided in their profiles.
The 'Favorite' button, indicated by a heart icon (or a star icon in the web view) allows for quick marking of preferred HCPs.
View badges awarded to HCPs for easy identification of their achievements and qualifications.
