Deep Dive into Shift Tiles:
Shift tiles on this tab provide critical information at a glance, such as the status of the shift (filled or unfilled), the type of nurse required, location details, timing, and the unique shift ID.
By tapping on a specific shift tile, facilities are directed to a detailed shift information page where they can perform edits. This includes adjusting the station name, setting the date of the shift, and defining starting and ending times.
Enhanced Shift Management:
Facilities can incorporate a 30-minute lunch break in the shift, specify nurse types and required specialties, and set the nurse-to-patient ratio.
Detailed special instructions can be added for clarity. The market rate is adjustable, as well as the hourly wage and the total compensation for the shift.

'Find a Professional' Feature:
This innovative feature directs facilities to a page listing various Healthcare Professionals (HCPs). Here, you can use filters to narrow down the search.
HCP tiles present essential information like the HCP's name, nursing degree, specialties, last work date, and ratings on punctuality, reliability, professionalism, and experience.
Facilities can directly offer shifts to HCPs from this page, simplifying the recruitment process.
