To invite a healthcare professional (HCP) to a shift in NurseIO, follow these steps:
Web View:
Log into your NurseIO profile.
Click on 'Shifts', and then select the 'Create a Shift' button, in the top right corner
Click on 'Find a Professional'.
Search for the HCP by typing their name.
Once located, select 'Offer Shift' to send them an invitation for the shift.
Mobile App:
1. Open the NurseIO app on your mobile device and log in using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Shifts: Tap on the 'My Shifts' section. Here you can view and manage all your current and upcoming shifts.
3. Initiate Shift Creation: In the 'My Shifts' section, locate and press the plus button in the bottom right corner. This action opens the shift creation window.
4. Find a Professional: After opening the shift creation window,, select the 'Find a Professional' option, represented by another plus sign. This leads you to a new interface.
5. Choose the Right HCP: You'll be presented with a list of available healthcare professionals. This list can be filtered based on your preferences, like 'favorites' or 'best match', helping you find the most suitable HCP for the shift.
6. Send the Invitation: Once you've selected the appropriate HCP, send them an invitation to join the shift.
