How to Use
Access the Market Slider in the NurseIO platform by posting a shift
View the preset market rate for your region for that particular license/certification
Slide to adjust the rate higher or lower based on your needs.
Post and Confirm the shift.
By editing the shift rate, you can easily see where rates fall in line with local averages and they can be adjusted to attract the clinical talent you’ve been searching for.
Configuring Your Max Bill Rates
Access your Bill Rates under My Account -> Edit Facility Info -> Rates
Notice the Market Bill Rate column, which indicates the derived market rate in your area for the particular certification/license.
Set your max rate accordingly.
NOTE: The Market Rate will be selected when posting a shift, but you always have the ability to adjust up/down as needed. The Max Rate allows you to put a cap on the rate for that certificate/license, but note that the Max Rate will auto-increase for shift differentials (e.g., a weekend or holiday).
