In our ongoing effort to enhance user experience and empower facility users and managers in selecting the best Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) for their shifts, we are introducing a new feature: the HCP Rating System.
Overview
1. Rating Schedule & Notification:
Users can rate after the 1st shift, with a prompt notification and app pop-up appearing immediately upon receipt of the “First Shift Completed” notification.
For subsequent ratings, users will receive a notification every 5th shift.
2. Favorite HCPs:
Users can mark an HCP as a favorite by clicking/unclicking the heart icon.
3. Overall Rating:
Users can select an overall rating for HCPs on a scale of 1-5 stars.
4. Characteristic Ratings:
Users have the option to select any or all of the following characteristics while rating:
Professionalism
Punctuality
Reliability
Experience
5. Feedback Notification:
If users wish to discuss the shift with a NurseIO team member, they can check a box to send a notification.
