Clinicians requesting a shift override will trigger your app notifications

Didn't see it? Don’t worry we’ll send a reminder about the shift override a second time 5 mins later.

If the clinician still does not receive a response to the override request after 2 app notifications, an email will be sent out to all facility managers at the facility requesting the override request.

If the override isn’t approved, the employee can still clock out using “Submit Hours”.

For SecureTag users, if an override isn’t approved or updated, we’ll notify the staffing team via email for follow up.
