How It Works:

Tap on 'Program Tag By NurseIO'.
You will be prompted to tap an NFC tag to connect it to the selected station. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Handling Override Requests
When special circumstances require adjustments to scheduled shifts or other operational aspects, handling overrides is necessary:
Go to 'Notifications' within the NurseIO application.
Tap on 'Actions' to see a list of pending actions, locating the 'Override Requested' tile.
Tap 'View' on the desired request to review the details, such as the HCP’s arrival and departure times, along with any notes provided (e.g., needing to leave early).
Tap 'Approve' to accept the override request, or follow additional steps to decline or modify the request as needed.
