Updating Your PIN in NurseIO

To change your PIN in NurseIO:

Web View:

  1. Log into your NurseIO profile.

  2. Navigate to 'My Account'.

  3. Click on 'Edit Facility Info'.

  4. Scroll to the section where your PIN is displayed.

  5. Update your PIN information as needed.

Mobile App:

To change your PIN in NurseIO using the mobile app:

  1. Log into the NurseIO mobile app.

  2. Tap on the menu symbolized by three lines in the top left corner.

  3. In the menu section, select 'Edit Facility Info'.

  4. Locate where your PIN is displayed.

  5. Update your PIN as needed.

    This method ensures that you can securely and conveniently update your PIN directly from the NurseIO mobile app.

TIP: Keep your NurseIO account secure by regularly updating your PIN. Simply go to 'Edit Facility Info' in your account settings to make changes.
