To remove a facility user's access in NurseIO, follow these steps:

On the Mobile App:

  1. Open the NurseIO app on your mobile device.

  2. Tap on the 'Menu' button on the top left corner

  3. Within this menu, you should find an option for 'Facility Users' Here, you'll see a list of all users who currently have access to your facility’s information in NurseIO.

  4. Browse through the list of facility users to find the specific user you wish to remove.

  5. Once you locate the user, click on the trash can icon situated next to their name. This action will initiate the removal of the user’s access to your facility in the NurseIO system. By following these steps, you can ensure the right individuals have access to your facility's information in NurseIO, maintaining security and appropriate access control.

On the Web:

  1. Visit the NurseIO website and log in.

  2. On the homepage or dashboard, look for the 'My Account' icon, located in the top right corner.

  3. Click on this icon and select the option labeled 'Edit Facility Info'. On this page there will be a tab called 'Facility Users' Here, you'll see a list of all users who currently have access to your facility’s information in NurseIO.

  4. Browse through the list of facility users to find the specific user you wish to remove.

  5. Once you locate the user, clock on the ‘Deactivate’ icon situated next to their name. This action will initiate the removal of the user’s access to your facility in the NurseIO system
