Accessing HCP Documentation in NurseIO Mobile App

To obtain documentation for a Healthcare Professional (HCP) in NurseIO:

Web View:

  1. Log into your NurseIO profile.

  2. Click on 'HCPs'.

  3. Search and find the HCP you need information on.

  4. Click on their name to access their profile.

  5. Here, you can view or download any shareable documents related to that HCP.

Mobile App:

  1. Log into your NurseIO mobile app.

  2. Tap on 'HCPs'.

  3. Locate the HCP you need information on and tap the action item menu on their tile.

  4. From the options, tap on 'View' to access their profile.

  5. In the profile, you can view or download any shareable documents related to that HCP.

If you require a specific document that isn't available through the profile, please contact a customer service manager for further assistance. They can help you obtain the necessary documentation.
