To add someone to your account for access in NurseIO:

  1. Log into your NurseIO profile.

  2. Go to 'My Account'.

  3. Click on 'Edit Facility Info'.

  4. Select the 'Facility User' tab.

  5. Click 'Add Facility User'.

  6. Enter all the required information for the new user.

  7. Click 'Submit' to complete the process.

Mobile App:

  1. Log into your NurseIO account.

  2. Tap the menu symbolized by three lines.

  3. Navigate to the 'Facility User' tab within the menu.

  4. Tap the plus button in the bottom right corner.

  5. Enter all necessary information for the new user.

  6. Tap 'Submit' to complete the process.

This allows you to grant access to your NurseIO facility information to other users, like colleagues or staff members, enhancing collaboration and management efficiency.
